Resolved Question: Should I study abroad in Scotland or Australia?

I have the choice to go to Dundee, Scotland (which is apparently one of the sunniest spots in Scotland) or at the University of Newcastle in Australia. I've always wanted to go to both countries and they both offer what I want to study.
